He has many years of business and systems process experience in a wide variety of companies including resorts/campgrounds, independent and assisted living, distribution, fitness, real estate, and event planning. Observed trend for implementing internet based (SaaS) software tools beginning in 2004 through today’s usage of tablets in the work environment. 

Campground Software

  • Configuration and   conversion of five resorts to reservation software - under budget and on time.
  • Design and integrate maps to link with reservation software for ease of booking by guests
  • Analyzing old software and importing reservation data into reservation system without any issues
  • On-going configuration enhancements and process improvements to fully utilize software
  • Training and support to resort staff

Business Analyst

  • Research, implement, and enhance SaaS EHR & E-MAR system. Instrumental in developing the collaboration between the software company and the pharmacy which produced the first live working medication order interface in an EHR system.
  • Built care plan library to match MI-AFC assessment form. The care plan was built into an assessment report that would automatically generate a resident care plan which would significantly reduce the amount of data entry for a new resident.
  • Built activities of daily living tasks, notations, and medications standards and procedures within the system by redesigning all processes that were formerly using paper tracking
  • On-going communication and training with key staff to produce the efficiencies in process flow by reducing the amount of double entry in manual system
  • Built sense of ownership and responsibility for front line staff by focusing on time savings and the ability to offer better care to residents by scheduling follow-up tasks
  • Designed training schedule and roll out of installation.

Management

  • Senior independent living community manager responsibility for all aspects of running the community
  • Responsibilities include budgeting, reporting to senior management, managing staff positions, dining service, maintenance, increased occupancy to 100%, and resident satisfaction.

Implemented the website design and links for the multi-step campaigns, event registration, and payment processing via Infusionsoft. Two three day events were produced that created a net income of $144,000 with only four staff.
